Gorilla Glue #4 was developed by accident by GG Strains-founder, Joesy Whales, when a unique hermaphroditic strain of his Chem’s Sister plants pollinated his Sour Dubble (aka Sour Dubb) plant. The resultant cross-breed was so striking that Whales began to experiment, eventually adding Chocolate Diesel to the mix to produce the Gorilla Glue #4 that aficionados around the world know and love.

As the names of its genetic parents suggest, Gorilla Glue terpenes are based on a hybrid that has a strong, pungent aroma redolent of diesel, chocolate, and even coffee. Some users report woodsy, earthy, notes - the smell of the forest. On the tongue, gorilla glue terpenes are sweet, yet earthy.
