Our Blueberry Natural Flavor is based off the complex, tangy profile of blueberries grown all across North America, Europe, and Asia. The United States, in particular, is a large producer of this fruit. A small town in New Jersey lays claim to being the “Blueberry Capital of the World” and the blueberry is the official fruit of the state of Maine. Given the sheer variety of blueberry species, every blueberry crop is going to taste a little different, but one thing remains constant - that instantly identifiable sweet taste with sour, acidic notes.
